Q. I'm missing some issues. What happened?

A. If you moved, the issue may have been returned to us. If that is the case, we will
be happy to send you another issue. If the issues were lost, stolen, or never reported
missing from a few years ago, new issues must then be purchased, as we cannot
assume responsibility for them.

Q. How can I get back issues that are out of print?

A. Certain back issues are sold out. (For available issues, see the "Back Issues"
page.) To locate out of print back issues, we suggest: eBay.com, auctionwatch.com,
or old cookbook stores.
We offer The Best of Art Culinaire Magazine Issues 1-14 (340 pages) and The
Best of Art Culinaire Magazine Issues 15-30
(420 pages) for $38.00 including
shipping ($44.00 including shipping outside of the United States). These books cover
the best dishes and information from those issues.

Q. How do you choose the chefs for each issue?

A. The chefs are chosen based on their experience, restaurant, and reputation. We
look at their press kits as well as news and press releases. We also look at all of the
submissions from our "Recommend a Chef" page.
